Returns We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, opened incense items, bakhoor, and oud products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
